Obtaining the GMP+ certification in 2025 confirms that the company operates in line with the highest international standards of feed safety and quality. The first pig complex with a capacity of 20,000 pigs per year has been built.

A reproduction unit for 630 sows has been put into operation.

Another reproduction unit for 1200 sows has been put into operation. Two fattening units for simultaneous keeping of 9000 pigs have been reconstructed.

Production
Our production is our pride. We have built a state-of-the-art, fully automated plant designed in accordance with GMP+ standards, with a capacity of 25 tons per hour, using Swiss technologies from leading companies Bühler AG and Van Aarsen International B.V.
The facility is located in an environmentally clean area of the Podilski Tovtry region, with the nearest industrial site over 150 km away. The entire production process — including dosing, mixing, and pelleting — is fully automated, eliminating the risk of human error.
At the same time, equipment manufacturers provide 24/7 monitoring to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the automated control system.
The plant’s technical capabilities allow for the production of a wide range of feed formulations, meeting nutritional needs across different age groups as well as various genetic lines.
Technologies
We apply only the most advanced livestock technologies that have already proven their effectiveness on the global market. Through a new feeding program, we have optimized production processes and achieve top performance indicators for business efficiency.
Advanced technology, combined with modern genetics, high-quality feed, and efficient management, enables us to ensure high productivity in livestock and poultry.
One of our high-tech pig production programs allows pigs to reach a live weight of 115 kg within 155 days of fattening.
Our broiler feeding program enables up to 6.2 production cycles per year, achieving the following performance indicators: live weight output from 65 kg per m², with a feed conversion ratio of 1.55 (assuming the first thinning at day 35 with a live weight of 2.65 kg).
