Compound feed production in Ukraine takes place at a modern plant equipped in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice standards. The production capacity of the Vitagro Nutrition plant allows us to produce up to 25 tons of finished feed per hour and up to 12,000 tons per month.
We provide our partners with high-quality premixes, protein–vitamin–mineral supplements, and complete compound feeds directly from the manufacturer. All production processes are fully automated and require no human intervention, ensuring consistently high product quality.
An important feature of Vitagro Nutrition compared to other feed manufacturers in Ukraine is the presence of an in-house laboratory. Our specialists analyze more than 250 quality indicators daily, both for incoming raw materials and finished products.
The variety of feed formulations allows us to produce products that meet the daily nutritional needs of poultry, pigs, and cattle. The formulas are designed for different age groups. Nutritional value, benefits, and health impact are first tested on our own livestock before being offered to our partners.
The plant is located in an environmentally clean area with no nearby industrial facilities. Access to raw materials from local farmers positively affects compound feed production in Ukraine and improves product quality and value. Our own grain elevators allow us to store raw materials for long periods under proper conditions, ensuring consistent product availability.
