VITAGRO Nutrition – modern high-tech production of feed and feed additives
We have completed the construction of our premix plant in 2023. All commissioning activities were completed in August. The capacity of our plant is 4 tons of finished products (premixes or concentrates) per hour.
Our factory has installed the most modern equipment and introduced the leading technology of manufacturing premixes. We can provide microdosing of raw materials from 5 g, the highest level of homogeneity of mixing, which makes our products highly competitive. Our production has autonomous lines and the possibility of introducing coccidiostatics into poultry products has been introduced. Thanks to successful technological solutions, we have achieved that these drugs cannot get into products intended for pigs or cattle.
Our production has introduced a high level of quality control. The laboratory at our enterprise is a separate unit. There they carry out quality control of technological processes, as well as incoming raw materials and finished products. We have implemented a three-level quality control system at the enterprise: conducting laboratory analyzes directly at production, during the transition from production to warehouse and the last – before shipment to the client. The first level of verification is the technical and zootechnical analysis of all incoming raw materials. This laboratory unit is located at the entrance to the plant. Raw materials that do not meet the highest quality criteria cannot enter our production lines. Also in our chemical laboratory we determine the quality of the ingredients.
We have the opportunity to put experiments in the farms of our VITAGRO Group of Companies. Therefore, we can immediately explore certain innovations on our farms before offering them to the general market.
